Scott Langston

Scott Langston is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate with over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in Commercial Property sales, leasing and development. Scott Langston has lived in Brevard County for over 50 years and owns and manages residential and commercial properties, with property in the Florida Keys and North Carolina. Scott Langston is an expert in negotiations, marketing, social-media advertising, and contract review. Scott has a marketing degree and holds an active private pilot’s license with a love for airplanes and passion to serve the community representing the FL Chapter Pilots for Christ. He is a very giving person with a big heart, and a strong focused self-made businessman with a desire to follow Jesus Christ and serve the community and people in need.

Larissa Smirnoff

Larissa Smirnoff has worked in the real estate field for the past 17 years. Larissa started her real estate career in law firms with a focus on real estate and corporate law and then in real estate brokerages focusing on commercial real estate transactions. Larissa has handled all aspects of commercial transactions from contract and lease negotiation to title and survey review, drafting of closing documents, clearing of title exceptions and preparation of title policies. Some of the more notable projects Larissa has worked on include a luxury hotel/condo project in the Turk & Caicos, a large-scale shopping plaza in south Florida and the lease of 600 acres of vacant land in Central Florida. Larissa’s background means she brings a hands-on approach and a high level of detail to every transaction. Larissa is an advocate for her clients, and she believes in going the extra mile. Her motto for success is: “Go the Extra Mile and Do What No One Else Is Willing to Do”. Larissa’s clients describe her as someone who values their happiness and success over her own. Terry Winton

Terry Winton is currently a commercial associate with RE/MAX Elite specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout the Brevard County region and has been a licensed Realtor since 1986. He is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Associates of Science Degree in Computer Science. He holds the designation of Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) as well as the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He has served as director for the Board of Realtors and President of the Commercial Division for the Melbourne Florida Area Association of Realtors as well as the President of the Brevard Real Estate Exchange Group and President of the Florida Real Estate Exchange Group.
